The company provides the user with the stove for free on condition that the user buys a predetermined quantity of pellets per a given period. The company take care of user training, maintenance of the stoves and supply of the pellets. The user pay through a paypoint and present the receipt to the company in exchange with the equivalent amount of pellets.
